Through an ongoing process you will learn how to bring yourself into balance and what to do when you go out of balance. We take a comprehensive look at your lifestyle and see if it is supporting or going against your natural dosha.
An Ayurvedic consultation begins with a one-on-one assessment to learn your dosha type. Working through your doshas, I will give you suggestions for better alignment of routines, activity, diet, and sleep that will fit into your lifestyle and each visit after will be a “fine-tuning” to help you reach better and better alignment.
