3 Weekly Classes to Choose From!


Join me for in-person yoga at Loveland United Methodist Church on Friday mornings. We’re doing a gentle mat Yoga practice at 10:00am and a Chair Yoga class at 11:30am. Contact me at: lovelandumc@lovelandumc.org or jenbarrish@gmail.com or just pm me on social media and let me know you’re coming!

The 10:00am class is a gentle Christian-themed practice that lasts for 60-75 mins. We begin the the class with prayer, followed by a mindful focus on breath work and body awareness. There will be biblical themes incorporated into our movement and stretching. And I will offer modifications that help you to find your best stretch! And then a full, delicious shavasana at the end to integrate the practice between body, mind, and spirit. This class will meet in the Toddler room to the right of the main Gathering Area.

The Chair Yoga class will begin with a prayer and time to get centered, relaxed and ready to stretch! This class is very gentle and suitable for all age groups. We will learn specific movements to help increase flexibility and to possibly reduce achy joints and arthritis. We incorporate prayer, biblical themes, and gratitude to Jesus during our practice. This class will meet downstairs.

Both classes are donation-based practices, but free to church members. Just pay what you can, when you can. Yoga is a gift that I am happy to share with you!
